Nathan Ross Rees, founder of Reformer Academy, inspires a worldwide community of instructors and studio owners, building confidence, refining skills, and growing careers. He is creator of the Reformer Workshop, which has been delivered 134 times across 15 countries. As a sought-after mentor and educator, Nathan empowers instructors to unlock their full potential, delivering practical strategies that prioritise client results in reformer classes. Focusing on simplicity, loading, and results-driven outcomes. His methods have transformed how reformer pilates is taught, creating more aligned and confident instructors that consistency deliver better client experiences. Nathan is a co-owner of RISE Pilates North Melbourne, an exciting 18 bed reformer studio perfectly located on the edge of the bustling Melbourne CBD. He is the host of the Nathan Ross Rees Reformer Podcast, where he shares weekly insights on how to elevate teaching, grow businesses, and create meaningful, results-driven reformer workouts.
Cat Webb is a Pilates master, experience and community curator, and CEO of Good Times Pilates. Founded in 2018, the studio has grown to three physical inner-North locations and an online studio. Offering group reformer classes designed to suit a range of moods and experience levels, Good Times Pilates takes a conscious approach to ensuring everyone feels supported no matter their age, ability, identity, or fitness. After building the Good Times community and providing online support during the extensive Melbourne lockdowns in 2020 and 2021, Cat launched the studio's second location in Northcote in early 2022 and welcomed her son just two months later. The business continued to grow, leading to the opening of a third studio location in Brunswick in October 2023. Not one to do things by halves, Cat designed and curated the studios alongside her partner, Dave. As a believer in holistic well-being, she strives to create experiences that support not only physical health but also emotional and mental well-being. An advocate for "Inclusive Movement," Cat is actively working to change the modern wellness landscape. She intentionally challenges long-held stereotypes in the health and wellness space, serving as a beacon for body autonomy and neutrality. Her ethos emphasizes the joy of movement and seeks to dismantle the traditional notion that Pilates is only for a specific segment of the population. Cat is a beacon of body autonomy and neutrality and knows her sh*t on a granular level. She believes that inclusive movement values the diverse possibilities of human experience above all else, focusing on teaching movement from a place of recognition, collaboration, empowerment, and autonomy.

With a decade of experience, Sofie founded STUDIO LEVELS to level up the pilates industry. An experienced Physiotherapist, Sofie is educated, passionate and has invested in creating a client experience that is innovative and personable. After successfully selling her first business, a thriving group reformer pilates studio in Adelaide, Sofie has taken the learnings to scale back, opening STUDIO LEVELS, a space to deliver private reformer workouts in Byron Bay whilst working with Studio Owners & Teams online and in person across Australia.
Emma Seibold is the founder and creator of Barre Body, Australia’s first barre studio concept, Bende Byron, and Teacher Love Club. Barre Body has flourished since its inception in 2012, with an incredible online platform, world-class teacher training programs, and a cult following. Bende is its highly successful sister studio in Byron Bay and Ocean Shores. And hot off the press is Teacher Love Club, a mentoring and professional development app for Pilates & barre teachers. Based in Byron Bay with her husband and business partner, Matt, and her two beautiful children, Xavier and Isla, Emma is one of Australia’s most sought-after wellness entrepreneurs. Emma also has a hit podcast, Nice Bossy, where she talks about what it means to be a powerful female leader with empathy and compassion. Essentially, it's all about how women can succeed and be kind. Passionate about female entrepreneurism, Emma is an inspiring entrepreneur who knows what it's like to single-handedly build a business from ground up.

Victoria, is a fiery, passionate and authentic teacher who loves nothing more than being on a Reformer. A shameless lover of a fresh activewear set, she founded Vicalates with the intention of creating a luxurious and inviting space in which she could teach her take on the Pilates method. Whether in class or nestled in the Good Room for a private session, expect sass, support and lots of laughs. She’s hands on, often loud and very invested in enhancing your Pilates experience. Originally trained in Melbourne in 2018, she returned to her home city after a stint overseas in 2020 to forever change the Pilates game. She has since continued become internationally qualified and recognised through Balanced Body, under the tutorage of some of the United State’s best master trainers. A self-professed Pilates nerd, she founded Alignment Academy in 2023 to bring intelligent and approachable continuing education to the Pilates community. When not in the studio, you are likely to find her listening to country music, baking a cheesecake and busy being Brooklyn’s (her gorgeous dog) Mum.
Sophie is a Master Pilates instructor and the founder of Your Pilates Class, an innovative online platform that supports Pilates instructors. With eight years of experience in the industry, Sophie is also the creator and one of the head facilitators of the Anatomy, Mat, and Reformer Teacher Trainings at Bodylove Academy and the creator and facilitator of Stretch Kinetics, an internationally accredited assisted stretching training program. Armed with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise, Sophie is passionate about keeping Pilates fun and engaging without sacrificing form. Sophie’s specialty is crafting dynamic, flow-led classes, ensuring each session is both interesting and effective.

David is a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Strength and Conditioning Coach and former body builder. He began his career as a Personal Trainer in 2013 and quickly expanded into sports training and Pilates. By 2016, he founded Strength & Pilates Physiotherapy, blending his expertise in physiotherapy with Pilates and now has a team that includes four physiotherapists, three Pilates instructors, and one massage therapist. David started his education journey at KX in 2017 and became a course presenter for Unite Health in 2020, focusing on integrating his skills to deliver their Pilates teacher training course. David is an active educator, conducting workshops for many esteemed organisations on topics ranging from injury and rehab to optimising Pilates exercises for beginners.
Ali is the founder of Bodylove Pilates, Bodylove Academy and Bodylove Mamas. A Master Trainer with over 10 years experience teaching both in New York and Sydney. Ali received her comprehensive certification at Pilates Academy International - training with the co-founders at their flagship studio on Fifth Avenue. While working for, and training under, master trainer Erika Bloom in New York, Ali specialised in Pre & Postnatal Pilates. Ali completed extensive continuing education programs over her time in New York, studying and teaching many special populations and rehabilitation modules. She is passionate about education and is dedicated to serving her community of clients and trainers to the best of her ability.
