Empower Your Teaching with the Latest Studies on Pre & Post-Natal Movement

Physio, Teacher and Teacher Trainer Debbie Thomas will take you through the current pre/ post-natal guidelines and research, dissect them and find where different types of movement fit in to this framework. Rather than being given a list of exercises that are appropriate or a contraindication, Deb will challenge the current guidelines so you can critically evaluate ALL exercises and work with this population.
